Billy Corgan’s TNA Lawsuit to Be Unsealed Next Week
– We’ll learn many of the details of Billy Corgan’s lawsuit against TNA, Impact Ventures LLC, Dixie Carter, Serg Salinas and Dean Broadhead next week. PWInsider has confirmed that the lawsuit and the exhibits supporting it will stay under seal until October 25th at 4 PM ET, after which they will become public record. This was decided during yesterday’s conference call between all parties in the lawsuit.
Corgan’s lawyers will be filing a redacted version of the lawsuit to keep certain “sensitive” materials from being made public that could fall into competitors’ hands. Specific financial information is staying sealed. The restraining order request will be unsealed “shortly” according to the site.
The next hearing in the case is set for October 26th.
