
The first half of 2002 has been a very rocky yet newsworthy time for WWE. Things such as the return of the nWo, the brand extension, and the departure of "Stone Cold" Steve Austin have made the first half of the year very exciting, but despite these major news items, business has declined. WWE business closed the first half of the year down to lows that had not been seen in years.
